Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Botanyseed.

Shipping

We ship your order with DHL. Depending on your shipping address (country), type of shipping (e.g. trackable) and product quantities, costs vary. If you exceed a certain quantity shipping is free.

Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, we’re here to help you. You have 15 days to return an item you have purchased from us from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.

Refund

Your item need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item as well the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
